TECHMI Automatic Filling and Capping Machine – Stainless Steel

TECHMI automatic filling and capping machine, designed to integrate the operations of product dosing/filling and subsequent placement and closing of caps or capsules onto containers in a single machine, for use in industrial packaging lines.

The equipment features a compact configuration with automatic container transport, filling stations, and a capping system, allowing both operations to be performed sequentially and automatically. Its enclosed design with transparent guards also provides safety and visual access to the work area.

Primarily constructed from stainless steel, it is particularly suitable for professional installations in the food and packaging industries.

PROCESS

Containers enter automatically via the conveyor and are positioned at the different stations of the machine.

In the first phase, the product is dosed into the container. Subsequently, the filled container is transferred to the capping section, where the cap or capsule is placed and closed.

Once both operations are completed, the closed containers are automatically discharged to the next stage of the line.
