Measurement uncertainty MPE (E0): 3.2 + L/300 in µm

Equipment:
- Renishaw UCC S5 controller, SPA3 servo amplifier, MCU5-2 joystick
- Active temperature compensation with workpiece sensor
- Renishaw REVO 5-axis measuring system for single-point measurements and scanning, including RSP2, 1x RSH175, 2x RSH250, and RSP3-3 kit (3x SH), with all probe changers included
- Modus measurement software, latest version, with CAD STEP import and 1 year of software maintenance
- PC system running Windows 10 with 2 x 27" TFT monitors (new), including a height-adjustable desk
- Control cabinet with current safety technology
