PISTON FILLER WITH CAN SEAMER

ANGELUS 40P

ANGELUS 40P Automatic Can Seamer with 21-Piston FMC Filling Unit – Stainless Steel

Automatic can filling and seaming unit consisting of an FMC filling unit with 21 pistons and an ANGELUS 40P seamer, designed to continuously perform the operations of product dispensing and hermetic sealing of cans in industrial canning lines.

The filling unit incorporates 21 pistons, providing repetitive volumetric dispensing before transferring the cans to the ANGELUS 40P seamer, where the sealing is performed by double seaming between the body of the container and the lid.

The combination of FMC and ANGELUS technologies provides an industrial solution especially suitable for production lines that require continuity, consistent filling, and reliable container sealing.

MAIN FEATURES

-Seamer: ANGELUS
-Model: 40P
-Filling unit: FMC
-Number of filling pistons: 21
-Type: Volumetric filler + automatic can seamer
-Automatic and continuous operation
-Dispensing by pistons
-Volumetric filling system
-Automatic can feeding
-Synchronized transfer between filler and seamer
-Lid feeding and positioning
-Automatic sealing by double seaming
-Construction mainly in stainless steel
-Protective enclosures
-Access for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance
-Robust industrial structure
-Integrable into complete canning lines

PROCESS

The cans are automatically fed into the FMC filling unit with 21 pistons, where they are positioned and receive a controlled amount of product via the volumetric dispensing system.

Once the filling is complete, the containers are automatically transferred to the ANGELUS 40P seamer.

The lid is positioned on each can, and the seamer performs the necessary operations to form the hermetic double seam, leaving the container ready for subsequent processing and conditioning stages.

It can be integrated with:

-Can depalletizers
-Container washing/rinsing machines
-Product feeding systems
-Liquid topping dispensers
-Vacuum equipment
-Filled can washers
-Autoclaves/retorts
-Pasteurizers
-Cooling systems
-Labeling machines
-Cartoning and palletizing machines

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for canning industries and canned food manufacturers who need to automate the filling and seaming operations together.

The 21-piston FMC system can work with different food products, depending on their viscosity, particle size, container format, and installed configuration.

It may be suitable for various vegetable preserves, prepared foods, sauces, and other foods compatible with volumetric dispensing in cans.

The combination of the 21-piston FMC filler and the ANGELUS 40P seamer constitutes a robust solution for industrial can filling and seaming lines.

Machine available for inspection.
