Vertical glass washing machine with a washing height of 1000 mm.

This washing machine is designed for integration into the outfeed conveyor of glass edging machines with vertical transport. It is equipped with two washing brushes: the rear brush is fixed in position, while the front brush can be adjusted in width manually using a handwheel, allowing the cleaning of different glass thicknesses.

The wash water is blown off the glass panes (front and back) using air nozzles and then collected in a reservoir. The machine can be operated either with fresh water or via a separate water tank. It is currently set up for operation with fresh water. Water tank and pump are not included in the price.

Modifications to the outfeed conveyor of the glass edging machine may be required for installation. Assembly can be carried out by us upon request but is not included in the scope of delivery.

The pictures show an identical washing machine already installed at other customers—such as in a Bottero 810 BCS or a Bodo Gerhard K300.

The washing machine offered here is in used but good condition. It has been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and fitted with new wear parts by us.
