Operates on electricity. Fully constructed from AISI 304 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel sheet. Features a body reinforced with 25*25*1.2 mm stainless steel box section tubing. Ceramic heating elements are arranged in horizontal rows and can be controlled individually. The unit comprises 5 rows, each with 3 heaters, allowing each element to be replaced independently if necessary. Each machine is supplied with a large AISI 304-grade tray designed to collect fat and prevent drippings from sliced meat. Every tray includes an AISI 304-grade perforated plate to conceal fat drippings. Standard delivery includes 1 skewer, 1 shovel, 1 fat collecting tray, and 2 securing pins. A switch is fitted to reverse the skewer's rotation direction for left- or right-handed operation. Equipped with a special, high temperature-resistant (ld/d) motor mounted at the base of the unit. The device features a fused socket outlet for connection of an electric knife. The skewer's inclined design ensures a constant gap between meat and the heaters. Uniform and rapid cooking is achieved through surround ceramic heaters and a highly conductive ROBAX glass panel mounted in front of the heating elements. The heat-resistant, hygienic ROBAX glass prevents fat from reaching the heaters, ensuring safe operation.
