BERTOCCHI

The turbo cutter has been designed exclusively for cutting whole or large pieces of fruit and vegetables, preparing them for feeding into the CX and VCX cold extraction machines. Two frequency inverters allow the feed and cutting speed to be adjusted in order to modify the final size of the fruit and vegetable pieces.
