Software expansion for each robot:
Gas nozzle sensor, arc seam detection, multi-layer technology, point editor, transformation, 15" TFT with touchscreen on the cabinet, master-slave for robots 1 and 2, RSM software for remote maintenance
2 ICSE LD offline lasers
Robot 1 single-wire tandem welding equipment with automatic torch change system:
2 Qineo Puls 600 (600A) with master control module, 3 wire feeders, 3 torch hose packages, single MRW 510 evo welding torch, Duo drive CDD 2, single torch test gauge, and CDD, single-wire mechanical cleaning with external cleaning, pressure booster, 1 tandem burner ZMW 850 evo, Duo drive tandem CDD-T, burner test gauge single and with CDD, tandem mechanical cleaning with external cleaning
Ground track 50 kN, travel distance 26 m, 1 C stand with height slide, travel distance 1.5 m for robot 1, 1 fixed C stand for robot 2

1 L-shaped manipulator WPS-TS 20 kN, turning radius 2750 mm
Connection control, 2 light barriers for floor track protection, 2 start pre-selectors, partition walls and sliding gates including limit switch protection, 2 bumpers for floor track protection of both carriages, signal light for system status.
Both robots can weld on the hall beams, and robot 2 can also weld on the L-shaped manipulator.
1 Tecau filter unit with 6000 m³ extraction capacity, 2 mobile extraction hoods with curtains, extraction slotted duct
