Scissor lift table trolley with rollers

CORMAK TA3510R

The CORMAK TA3510R scissor lift table trolley with rollers is a mobile device designed for lifting, transporting, and transferring loads between workstations. The platform, equipped with 9 transport rollers, facilitates the movement of components and containers, while the wide height adjustment range allows the working level to be adapted to machines, assembly tables, and other loading and unloading stations.
Key Benefits of the TA3510R Scissor Lift Table Trolley with Rollers
- Load capacity of up to 350 kg – enables the handling of heavy components, containers, semi-finished products, and other loads used in production and logistics processes.
- 9 rollers with a diameter of 50 mm – reduce resistance when moving loads across the working surface and facilitate their transfer to adjacent workstations.
- Lifting height of up to 1360 mm – allows the working surface height to be adjusted to different material loading and unloading levels.
- Working height range from 400 to 1360 mm – enables a single device to be used at workstations of different heights.
- Mobile design – allows loads to be transported between successive stages of the production process without the need for a stationary lift table.
- Transport, lifting, and load transfer functions – one trolley can perform several operations related to material handling within a facility.
Roller Platform for Easier Material Handling
The key feature of the TA3510R model is its working surface equipped with 9 rollers, each 50 mm in diameter. Unlike a conventional solid platform, the rollers allow properly supported loads to be moved along the working surface without having to lift them completely when transferring them to the next workstation.

This solution is particularly useful when working with workbenches, assembly stations, production lines, and other material transfer surfaces. Once the platform has been adjusted to the appropriate height, the load can be moved from the trolley to the workstation or in the opposite direction. This reduces the number of manual lifting operations and improves material flow between successive stages of the production process.

Wide Working Height Adjustment Range
The TA3510R scissor lift table trolley operates within a height range of 400 to 1360 mm. This allows the rollers to be positioned at a level suitable for receiving or transferring loads, which is particularly important when servicing workstations of different heights.

The adjustable height can also improve operator ergonomics. Instead of repeatedly lifting a heavy component from a low position onto a workstation, the trolley platform can be positioned as close as possible to the required height, allowing the load to be moved along the rollers. During repetitive production and assembly operations, this reduces unnecessary material handling.
Mobile Lift Table for Production and Internal Logistics
The lift table with rollers combines the functionality of a mobile transport device with an adjustable material transfer station. The 455 × 800 mm working surface allows various components, containers, and assemblies to be handled, provided that the load is properly supported and the maximum permissible load capacity is not exceeded.
