The Peach Pitter model 320 APA feeds, aligns and pits “freestone” and “clingstone” peaches, at a speed of up to 320 fruits per minute.

The new continuous automatic orientating system achieves a percentage of good alignment of 90%-95%. Minimum reprocessing is required thanks to the knife pitting principle. Superior alignment efficiency, combined with a gentle handling of soft (ripe) fruits, results in maximization of the amount of halves correctly pitted.
