The cooling die is used to produce fibrous protein structures in a targeted manner through defined cooling and flow control, and is particularly designed for applications in the field of plant-based meat and fish alternatives, as well as structured convenience products.
The FiberFlow R500 is designed for a throughput of up to 500 kg/h at pressures of up to 70 bar. The ring-shaped geometry ensures optimal flow control, which leads to uniform fiber formation and high product quality. The system has a modular design and comprises 4 segments, which are sold together.
Particular attention was paid to hygienic design, ensuring that the system meets the high requirements of the food industry. The design allows for easy and quick cleaning.
