Condensate treatment filtration system

Donaldson ultraaqua autoclean 0016 AC

Ultrafilter ultraaqua autoclean 0016 AC
Donaldson Ultrafilter ultrafiltration system for compressed air compressor condensate

Oil/water separator for compressed air condensate.

● Treatment plant for separating compressed air condensate and condensates with difficult separation properties (e.g. stable emulsions) by means of cross-flow filtration
● Physical separation principle guarantees residual oil content of < 5 mg/l in water
Intelligent control concept with programmable control for safe analog operation, incl. plain text display by means of text display,
Fault monitoring via alarm messages with potential-free contacts and optional external network connection
Optimized cleaning by comparison of input/output extends cleaning intervals and saves operating costs
● Thermally and chemically highly resistant ceramic membrane with long service life
● Antifreeze protection with integrated heating
● High-quality, corrosion-resistant materials for vessels, piping, pumps, seals, and valves
