FENC MULTITUBE ASEPTIC STERILIZER

FENCO

FENCO Multitubular Aseptic Sterilizer – Stainless Steel

FENCO multitubular aseptic sterilizer, designed for the continuous thermal treatment and sterilization of liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous food products in aseptic processing industrial lines.

The equipment uses a tubular/multitubular heat exchange system that allows for the indirect and controlled execution of the different phases of product heating and cooling. This technology is especially suitable for processes where precise thermal treatment is required before storage or aseptic filling.

Its configuration with multiple tubular sections in stainless steel provides a large exchange surface and allows for the integration of different thermal stages within a single continuous process installation.

MAIN FEATURES

-Manufacturer: FENCO
-Type: Multitubular aseptic sterilizer
-Technology: Tubular/multitubular heat exchange
-Continuous thermal treatment
-Indirect product heating
-Heating and cooling sections
-Multiple heat exchange modules
-Stainless steel construction
-Sanitary product connections
-Integrated piping and valve system
-Process pumps
-Self-supporting industrial structure
-Designed for aseptic processes

PROCESS

The FENCO aseptic sterilizer is designed to circulate the product continuously through different heat exchange sections.

Depending on the process configuration, the product can pass through preheating, heating, sterilization, holding, and cooling stages, controlling the necessary conditions before being transferred to a storage tank or aseptic filling system.

Indirect exchange allows the treatment to be carried out while keeping the product separate from the heat transfer fluid.
