PROCESS

The FENCO aseptic sterilizer is designed to circulate the product continuously through different heat exchange sections.

Depending on the process configuration, the product can pass through preheating, heating, sterilization, holding, and cooling stages, controlling the necessary conditions before being transferred to a storage tank or aseptic filling system.

Indirect exchange allows the treatment to be carried out while keeping the product separate from the heat transfer fluid.
