Floor: 6 mm Hardox 450 steel
Side walls: 4 mm Hardox 450 steel, M-JET design
Left: hydraulically folding HYDROBOARD, 2 cylinders under the tipping floor
Right: pivoting and folding, manually locked, with spring relief on the front panel
Front panel: 4 mm S 700 steel, with short slope/chute

Rear panel: 4 mm Hardox 450 steel, pivoting, opens automatically during the tipping process, with rear chute and dosing device (locking with pin)
Stanchions: corner stanchions in a stable, fixed design (BORDMATIK)
HYDRAULICS:
• chromed tipping cylinders with pneumatic shut-off, manufactured by HYVA
• main valve (control block)
• pneumatic tipping actuator for the cab
• with oil tank
• with piston pump
• with by-pass valve (due to auxiliary drive on the engine)
• tipping trailer hydraulics: 2x pressure and 2x return line
• with pneumatic changeover valve for tipper - trailer in the frame

Additional equipment:
• continuous aluminum mudguards for the 2nd and 3rd axles
• tie-down points in the floor, 2 pairs of 8000 daN in the corners, with 4 pairs of folding tie-down points of 2000 daN in between, 1 pair on the front panel
• underrun protection, folding, from KH, with spring relief

Painting:
• subframe bead-blasted, primed, and painted in chassis color
• tipping body bead-blasted, primed, and painted in cab color
