FRIGOSCANDIA FLOFREEZE

The FRIGOSCANDIA FF-2-RMA IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) tunnel freezer is a continuous freezing system designed for
food products that require individualized quick freezing, such as seafood, fruit, vegetables, sliced meats or pre-cooked
products. Its linear design with forced air flow guarantees homogeneous cooling, avoiding block formation and preserving
product quality.
Applications:
Fishing industry: Shrimps, prawns, fish fillets, mollusks.
Fruit and vegetable industry: Whole or chopped fruit, vegetables, pulses.
Meat and meat preparations: Meatballs, chicken strips, vegetable burgers.

Production depends on the product, in peas for example it would give: 850 kg/h.
