Gainsborough Engineering Co. GV4 Complete Packing System

Complete powder packing system for manufacturing and filling bags up to 10kg. The plant was purchased in 2017/2018 and has only been used very lightly (approx. 60 tonnes in 2024). The system comprises of the following equipment:
Pgsdpfewa Ilhex Aadeg

1 x Entecon stainless-steel powder sieve fitted to stainless-steel frame. Overall dimensions - 1100mm x 930mm x 2200mm high.
1 x Entecon AMC blower conveyor with control box.
1 x Busch vacuum lifting system. Model - SB 0310 D 0H0 UH XX.
1 x Fluidiser with high and low level probes.
1 x All-Fill powder auger filler with agitator and outfeed tube. Model - S10.
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. GV4 vertical form, fill and seal bagging machine (2018) fitted with Markem Imaje Smart-Date X60 thermal printer. Sealing bars - 430mm (horizontal) and 600mm (vertical). Current film - 840mm wide. Used to produce 400mm wide bags.
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. mobile outfeed conveyor. Infeed - 200mm. Outfeed - 1000mm.
1 x OCS Checkweighers GmbH HC check weigher (2017) to weigh up to 30kg. Type - HC. Weigh table dimensions - 800mm long x 60mm wide.
1 x Declined roller conveyor on height adjustable feet, all stainless steel. Roller bed width - 800mm. Overall dimensions - 1210mm long x 880mm wide x 870mm high (+130mm max).
