Automatic packaging machine with 3 feeders. The packaging machine works in fully automatic mode. It packs a given amount of product into plastic bags, which are made of plastic tape. In a simple way, through control from the user panel, we set the given amount of products to be packed into the bag. Drums, feeders are prepared for the details that we want to pack - depending on the weight of the item, length, appearance, the feeders are adjusted individually. It is possible to order additional inserts for the feeding drums in order to retool the machine for other details that we want to pack. Depending on the needs, we can configure any appearance of the table on which the feeders are located.
The machine is prepared for making bags from plastic tape with a maximum width of 320 mm. It only requires power supply with electricity and compressed air. It has a fully Polish menu and meets CE requirements. It is made on renowned components from world-class manufacturers.

Product parameters
- Closing the cycle in automatic mode, based on the given quantities.
-Adjustable length of the formed bag in the range of 60 - 180 mm.

-Possibility of modifying the software in order to create one set of bags that are connected into a whole, but are separated by a weld, when the delivery requires it or the assembly instructions are written so. Such modifications must be determined at the design stage of the machine.

-Additional options for equipping the table
-Additional forming funnels for other tape widths, e.g. 120, 180, 220, 260, 320 or any specified by the customer. In the case of forming a bag, its width is half the width of the tape, minus 10-15 mm.

-Possibility of ordering Tefloned vertical and horizontal sealing jaws, in order to use LPDE film.

-A support supporting a heavy bag, which is held on a base during filling, then it is pushed onto the belt conveyor.

- A conveyor belt to transport finished bags, e.g. to collective cartons or boxes.

- A printer designed to print on the bag - various information or signs can be placed there depending on the needs - including a barcode, QR code, catalog number or product description.

- A checkweigher checking the final packed bag - in the event of incorrect packing, such a bag is rejected for re-verification.
