We present for sale Heesemann LSM 8 wide-belt grinding machine in a system of four grinding units:
transverse unit / longitudinal unit with calibration roller / longitudinal unit with reverser / longitudinal unit + dust collection brush.

The abrasive belts have a cleaning system - blow-off and dust extraction.

Workpiece tolerance compensation to a maximum of 2 mm by maintenance-free pressure electromagnets. Working width, as well as the beginning and end of the grinding of the pressure bar electronically controlled.

Cleaning of the abrasive belts by means of blow-off tubes, dust extraction by means of integrated exhaust channels, activation of the blow-offs automatic, upon detection of workpieces in the machine.
