Henneken B7000

We offer the Henneken B7000 vacuum tumbler with a capacity of 7,000 liters – an industrial machine designed for massaging, curing, and preparing meat in large processing plants.

The system is designed to support both gentle and intense product massage. The manufacturer notes that machines in this series are particularly well-suited for curing steamed hams, dry-curing smoked hams, kebab production, and massaging fish and poultry. A major advantage of the B7000 model is its adjustable rotational speed in the range of 0.5–10 rpm, which allows the intensity of the process to be adjusted to the type of raw material and the desired technological result. All parameters are set via a user-friendly SIEMENS touchscreen and can be programmed, which facilitates repeatable production and quick recipe changes.
