This robust production line from ICO SYSTEM International Coating GmbH has been successfully used for years by TABB Interior Systems BV for the production of high-quality laminated sheet materials. Production process:

Thanks to the automatic handling, large panels are produced quickly, accurately, and with consistent adhesive quality.

The complete installation includes, among other things:

ICO SYSTEM heated throughfeed ovens;
automatic vacuum portal with suction cups;
conveyor belts and roller conveyors;
control cabinet with PLC/HMI;
complete steel structure and handling system.

Condition:

The machine is fully operational, is still in use for production, and is available only due to a change in the production process.
