Ilapak Carrera 1000

We are offering the ILAPAK CARRERA 1000 packaging machine from 2017, designed for packaging products using the flow pack system.

The machine was taken out of production in 2022, making it a relatively new model and a solution tailored to modern packaging lines. The ILAPAK CARRERA 1000 can package products in both clear film and printed film, offering great flexibility for the production of private label products, retail packaging, and promotional items.

This model is equipped with a single sealing jaw with a width of 250 mm. The maximum height of the product to be packaged is 80 mm, and the maximum product length is approximately 280 mm, making the machine suitable for a wide range of medium-sized products. By default, the machine operates in gas-free packaging mode, though a gas-flushing option can be added. It should be noted, however, that in this configuration, the machine will not achieve a perfect seal.

The machine’s overall dimensions are approximately 6500 mm in length, 1600 mm in width, and 1700 mm in height, making it a full-size, industrial packaging machine designed for continuous operation.
