Description & Features:
This rotary air rinsing machine is designed for pharmaceutical and medical applications, suitable for GMP-compliant internal cleaning of stable, round glass or plastic bottles using sterile compressed air.
• Fully automatic bottle cleaning and extraction
• Processes up to 200 containers per minute
• Includes format parts for plastic bottles Ø 44 mm × height 95 mm
• Additional formats included: Ø 40 × 55 mm, Ø 60 × 130 mm
• Operation: Bottles are single-lane fed via conveyor and screw separator, transferred into a carousel, gripped by tongs, rotated 180°, and cleaned with nozzles (blowing) and extraction heads (suction). Bottles are then transferred to the conveyor for downstream processing.
