INTERMAC Master 45

For sale: Intermac Master 45 glass/stone processing machine, the largest unit ever produced.

The machine was manufactured in 2005, with approximately 8,000 operating hours (including only about 100 hours dedicated to stone processing). The company is offering this machine for sale due to relocation and modernization of its machinery fleet.

Condition: The machine is in very good condition—protected against corrosion and has undergone a comprehensive overhaul. Most hoses and lines have been replaced, all leaks sealed, filters changed, coolant and lubricants replaced, axis brakes changed, door wheel bearings and control unit fuse replaced, as well as air hoses and both suction and return hoses for the vacuum pump. Technical water pump hoses, clean water hoses, and filters have also been replaced. The radiator has been professionally cleaned, the lubrication system has been cleaned, and the coolant and lubricant tanks refilled.

Operational status: The machine is fully functional and ready for immediate use. Professional geodetic measurements (laser scanning, photogrammetry) were conducted to verify machine geometry.

The machine is currently assembled and operational. It is a well-maintained, rust-free unit in full working order (interested buyers can request videos of the machine in operation). Throughout its lifespan, the machine has been stored in a dry, heated industrial facility.

Buyer is responsible for disassembly and transportation. Disassembly services can be arranged upon prior agreement if needed.
