Bag in box and bottle filler

ISAR IBB 200

The filler is made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The storage tank is located on top of the filler and can be connected directly to a pasteurizer using the DIN 25 connection. The electrical control unit is mounted on the side for easier operation.

The bottle filler and the bag-in-box filler are connected to each other via two separate valves and can be used together or separately.

Bag-in-box filler: semi-automatic model IBB 200, with stainless steel induction liter counter. Filling system without gravity. Volumetric pump 1.1 KW with flexible EPDM impeller. Touch screen operation for cycle setting, parameters and cleaning. Vacuum and nitrogen injections are freely adjustable in the cycle. The built-in air compressor ensures continuous operation.
