The Küppersbusch FES 100 (Model KCF 0408) is a professional electric pressure boiling pan with a usable capacity of 100 liters,
designed primarily for use in commercial kitchens, the foodservice industry, and butcher shops for the efficient preparation of soups,
stews, or for scalding meat.

Capacity: Approx. 100 liters usable capacity (total capacity of the inner vessel is higher, around 110–151 liters).

Heating System: Low-maintenance, closed PERMAPRESS system (steam heating jacket for even heat distribution without scorching).

Controls: Electronic temperature control with setpoint and actual value display, plus quick-select settings for cooking time and temperature.

Design: Round inner vessel made of robust stainless steel with a spring-assisted, balanced double-walled lid.
