This is a 150-liter rapid cooking kettle (FES 150) from the premium manufacturer Küppersbusch (now Phoeniks), (002153). The kettle is easily drained via a safety drain valve. It is equipped with an electronic temperature controller and an innovative KCI touch panel control system.

The unit has undergone a comprehensive inspection in our in-house workshop and is in full working condition. The kettle is virtually unused and in top condition.
