KALLFASS Universa 800

Fully automatic flow pack machine for packaging products – regardless of their length – in a full wrap and without film overlap. Product infeed is via a conveyor belt while simultaneously wrapping into a center-folded film using a forming shoulder. Product separation is controlled by a photoelectric sensor. The infeed conveyor can be easily adjusted for different product widths. Longitudinal sealing is achieved by a continuous side sealing device. The height position of the forming shoulder and sealing units is manually adjustable.

Wearing parts and defective components have been replaced. The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully functional.
