For sale: KOCH net saw—optimized for fast and precise trimming of furniture components, especially drawer sides.

The machine ensures a clean, net cut (with no tears or edge defects)—a solution significantly faster than cutting on panel saws.

Key features and specifications:

- PLC control—automatic operation (separately retrofitted)
- Buffer magazine for workpieces
- Pusher beam on hydraulic system—feeds part to next operation
- Maximum machine span: 2 m
- Maximum feed speed: 12 m/min
- Drive can be activated from both sides of the machine
- Top scoring saw blades for cutting components from above
- Spindle speed approx. 4,500–5,000 rpm (motors: 2,100 rpm)
- Complete safety covers and safety sensors
- Ready production of 'drawer ribbon' (final-sized drawer banding)

The top saws are used for producing complete drawer bands (ready-to-install components). Example: a 640 mm long piece is surfaced/truncated from above and divided into 3 parts, so by adding the drawer front and bottom, you have a finished drawer without any additional side processing.

Performance:
For a sample drawer side (350 x 100 mm): approx. 25,000–30,000 pieces per shift (highly efficient production).
