The universal assembly station for the production of wall, ceiling and roof elements in timber frame construction,ceiling and roof elements in timber frame construction.

- Heavy-duty, basic structure of the machine frame for a flat work surface
- Clamping of the elements via 9 system clamping beams with pneumatic pressure cylinders.
The system clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm. The cylinder stroke is 320 mm, the clamping force per cylinder is approx. 420 kg/4,200 N. at 10 bar operating pressure It can be clamped in two groups of 5 pieces and 4 pieces, two elements can be clamped/worked on at the same time.

- Planking of the work surface as far as technically possible with wooden panels. (A perforated metal panel is available as an option, as shown in the photo))

- Stop system at the bottom with 9 pins and at the side with 7 pins for dimensionally accurate elements.

- Swivelling device of the assembly station via 3 hydraulic cylinders for panel weights up to panel weights of up to 4,000 kg to 85° (95°).
The hydraulic system is compactly integrated in the frame area of the assembly station.
- The electrical control cabinet is also installed underneath the assembly station for protection.
- The functions are operated via a control bottle.

- A compressed air connection and socket are installed on both ends of the station. and on the long side of the station there are 2 sockets and 2 compressed air connections compressed air connections for connecting hand-held devices.

- The stations are modular in design, so that they can be expanded immediately or later with a to form a complete turning station. You can see a turning station in picture 3.
