PROCESS

The LAGARDE 1-cage rotary autoclave is designed to perform controlled heat treatments on previously packaged products.

The cage containing the packages is placed inside the chamber, and once closed, the programmed cycle is executed, controlling the different phases of heating, thermal maintenance, and cooling.

During the process, the system allows for the rotation of the load, generating movement of the product inside the package in applications where this is appropriate. This can promote thermal transfer and treatment homogeneity, depending on the product, format, and recipe used.
