Lutetia Baratte Type 1 "15990"

Lutetia Tumbling Machine Type 1 "15990"

The Lutetia Type 1 "15990" vacuum tumbler is designed for food processing professionals who demand high marinade quality and production performance. This model can process up to 400 kg of meat and brine per cycle, making it an ideal solution for medium-sized processing facilities. Its 950-liter drum volume provides ample capacity for vacuum marination operations, ensuring consistent processing and repeatable results.

Thanks to its compact design (2150 × 1230 × 1730 mm) and a weight of approximately 800 kg, this tumbler can be easily integrated into an existing production line. In addition, vacuum technology improves brine absorption, enhancing the texture, flavor, and added value of the finished product. The robust internal components and durable construction guarantee extended service life, while rapid installation and simplified maintenance help reduce production downtime.

Furthermore, the Lutetia Type 1 tumbler boosts overall productivity and profitability. Its fast and homogeneous marination process shortens cycle times, reduces material losses, and ensures consistent quality from batch to batch. As a result, production managers can focus on operational performance instead of frequent adjustments. This model is thus a valuable investment for any company seeking to optimize its marination process, enhance the value of its meat products, and maintain reliable production throughput.
