The in feeder, which is integral part of the vacuum coater, is equipped with high adherence belt and piece side guides. It is use to properly feed profiles in the vacuum head.

VACUUM EXTRUDING MACHINE mod. STORM WB

Vacuum extruding machine for applying water base paints, designed in stainless steel plate (inox) and anti-adherence material. The machine is complete with a “cutting down” unit which allows a high reduction of the polluting emissions and a complete recovery of the excessive paint in order to reduce the consumption of paint to the minimum.

PAINTING
Extruding head realised in anti-adherence material. The head is complete with an adjustable profile guiding system, with paint adduction distributors. All the inner components are easily taken apart for a quick cleaning.
A double diaphragm pneumatic pump with high capacity, transfers the paint from the tank to the extruding head, complete with a basket filter in stainless steel (inox) and an anti-pulse device for the interruption and feeding of the product.

AUTOMATIC FILLING SYSTEM
Automatic filling system for automatic decanting of the product directly from the paint drum to the tank of the machine. The system is also provided with an acoustic alarm in order to signal decrease of paint level inside the tank.
Thanks to this system it is possible to maintain in circulation a minimum quantity of the product.

CONTROL PANEL
General electrical switch-board which is integral part of the aspiration tower equipped with control panel for the start-up and the control of the machine.
Two vacuum indicating gauges for the control of vacuum degree and of loss of filter efficiency.

AUTOMATIC PRE-WASHING SYSTEM

The automatic PRE-washing system allows a quicker product change or an easier maintenance of the machine.
The cycle consists of the following phases:
1) Through a three-way valve the feeding pump sends the remaining product to an external container till the tank is completely empty.

2) Through hydric plant (at customer’s charge) the product tank is filled with water.
3) Turbines are activated while the previous three-way valve goes back to working position so that the feed pump can send in circulation the clean water for a defined time necessary for the washing.
4) The three-way valve goes back to discharge position and the tank is emptied by the washing water.
5) The automatic filling system activates for the new product.
