MEYN Friteuse TH600/5000

The MEYN TH600/5000 industrial fryer is designed for production lines seeking controlled, continuous frying that delivers consistent results and meets industrial throughput requirements. This model integrates seamlessly into food processing operations, especially for coated, breaded, or pre-cooked products. Its continuous design ensures even frying throughout the entire length of the oil bath, maintaining stable product quality—even during extended production runs—while minimizing waste and ensuring process repeatability.

The working width and frying length allow for precise control over product dwell time in the oil. Accurate regulation of both time and temperature achieves uniform coloration and consistent texture, resulting in visually uniform products with controlled oil absorption. The industrial design of the fryer enables a continuous product flow, increasing overall line productivity and accommodating both medium and high-capacity production requirements.

Constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel, the fryer offers excellent resistance to thermal stress and frequent washdowns. The MEYN fryer features a proven design recognized throughout the food industry for its long-term reliability. Easy integration into existing lines minimizes infrastructure modifications, reduces downtime, and keeps maintenance straightforward. The MEYN TH600/5000 is thus a strategic choice for food industry operators looking to secure their frying process while optimizing consistency, yield, and product quality.
