Rational SCC 101 WE Baking Line Anlage

This is a combi-steamer from the SCC 101 WE Baking Line series by premium manufacturer Rational, including a matching UltraVent condensation hood and base stand (for 8 x 400 x 600 mm baking trays).

This is the latest SCC model range, featuring triple-glazed doors and LED lighting, manufactured in 2018.
The entire combi-steamer system has been completely overhauled in our in-house workshop and all units are fully functional.
This combi-steamer comes with a left-hinged door.

The Baking Line software includes a wide range of pictograms for various baked goods. This combi-steamer offers intelligent baking processes for savoury products, delivering the desired result every time.
