SCM IDM LEVEL HD

IDM Level HD is an industrial single-sided edgebanding center designed for edge processing in standard furniture manufacturing.

The HD model features a more robust construction, making it suitable wherever consistent edge quality is required at higher feed speeds.

This machine enables complete workpiece processing in a single pass—from pre-milling and adhesive application to the final edge refinement. Owing to its modular arrangement of working units, the machine can process ABS/PVC edges as well as veneer.

The machine is pre-owned, fully cleaned, inspected, and ready for installation.

Technical specification:

• Pre-milling unit: 2 counter-rotating motors to trim the leading edge before edgebanding
• Gluing unit: EVA glue pot, electronic temperature control
• Pressure zone: main pressure roller + additional pressure rollers
• End trimming saws: 2 motors, clean trimming of edge ends
• Top and bottom trimming units: profiling, precise trimming of ABS/PVC edge
• Front corner rounding unit: radius machining of panel corners
• Rear corner rounding unit: finishing of corners at workpiece outfeed
• Radius scrapers: final smoothing of edge radius
• Flat scrapers: finishing of edge surfaces
• Buffing unit: 2 discs for final polishing of the edge
• Complete extraction system: connection points for all working units
• Pneumatic pressures and adjustments: secure workpiece hold and precise regulation
• Manual fine adjustment: analog readout wheels and micrometric adjustments for precision set-up
