Steimel Permolex-Polar K 81 H

PERMOLEX-POLAR K 81 H – a complete process line for de-oiling and separating metal chips.

For sale is a complete industrial system for de-oiling, oil removal, and separation of aluminum and steel chips.
Type: Permolex-Polar K 81 H
Year of manufacture: 2012
Application: de-oiling and separation of loose aluminum and steel chips
Capacity: max. approx. 3.4–6 m³/h
Throughput: approx. 160 tons of chips per month
Control: Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 / operator panel TP177B
Rotational speed: 980 rpm
Power supply: 400 V / 50 Hz

Offered for sale is a complete set of equipment forming an industrial system for centrifuging liquids from chips and further separating aluminum and steel chips.
The process includes:
chip feeding → buffer tank → conveyor → PERMOLEX-POLAR centrifuge → oil/coolant discharge → magnetic separation → chip separation → transport to containers.
Chip transfer points are enclosed, which reduces the lifting of material during transport.

The system includes:
• PERMOLEX-POLAR K 81 H chip centrifuge,
• approx. 7.5 m³ buffer tank for chips,
• 3 x KF 600 scraper conveyor,
• double separating shaft with neodymium magnets,
• vibratory conveyor,
• approx. 250 l oil/coolant tank,
• submersible pumps,
• floor trays,
• complete Rittal control cabinet,
• Siemens S7-300 controller,
• TP177B operator panel,
• supporting structures and system components.

Application
The system is designed for the continuous processing of a mixture of aluminum and steel chips.
The process includes:
chip feeding → de-oiling/oil removal → separation of steel fraction → transport of separated chips to tanks/containers.
The system is designed for handling large quantities of material and features automatic control and level monitoring.
