Stoiber GmbH StoNail 7000

The StoNail 7000 is a fully automated portal nailing machine for the flexible production of pallets and crates, even with large workpiece dimensions. With up to three individually adjustable nailing head pairs, two work areas, and a generous Y-axis travel of 1,250 mm, it is designed for maximum efficiency and high flexibility. A 12-inch touch display, automatic height adjustment, and numerous expansion options support comfortable operation. Offline programming allows new programs to be created and simulated outside the machine, reducing setup times and preventing downtime. The integrated automatic path optimization further increases the cycle output and ensures resource-efficient operation.

Robust frame construction with a tilt angle of 65° for ergonomic operation
