Belt dryer system for pellet plant

The system was designed according to Eurocode EN 1993 for the industrial drying of wood chips, sawdust, or similar biomass products and is suitable for use in biomass, wood, or pellet production.
Process components:
Air heater, deflection rollers, feed modules, discharge modules, trough chain conveyor, belt tensioning and adjustment device,
7 exhaust stacks (height up to approx. 17.6 m)
Designed for hot air or waste heat utilization (e.g., biomass boiler or CHP plant), heat requirement 10,270 kW th, installed electrical power 690 kW el. The inlet temperature in the dryer is 68°C, the outlet temperature is 42°C, and the heat transfer medium is a water/glycol mixture. The volume flow at the dryer outlet is 1,081,000 m³/h.
Dust emission value 5 mg/Nm³ (moist), sound pressure at a distance of 1 m 85 dB(A) from the opening of the exhaust duct and the dryer.
The dryer is designed for an outside temperature down to -40°C, the conveying capacity is at least 70 m³/h and a maximum of 250 m³/h with a bulk density of 260 kg/m³.

The working platform of the dryer is located on approximately 8.00 m high steel supports and is enclosed with thermally insulating sandwich panels. A hall or other production components can be inserted under and between the supports (see under Documents, Steel Structure).
The system has been disassembled and stored by an experienced assembly team, and this team can be arranged for transport and reassembly.
