The TREIF Falcon is a professional, high-performance constant-weight slicer (industrial slicer) designed for precise portioning of fresh and chilled meat (with and without bones, e.g., pork loin, pork neck, beef, poultry), as well as processed meats and cheeses. The machine utilizes a precise scanning system and a dynamic control scale, which allows the PLC controller to continuously calculate the density and cross-section of the supplied product and adjust the cutting thickness so that each portion is placed in the packaging with the precisely defined target weight.

Thanks to the use of extended conveyor belts (inlet and outlet), the line enables continuous feeding of raw material and smooth discharge of the sliced product directly to packaging machines (e.g., roll-fed thermoformers or tray sealers). The clear touch panel with an intuitive graphical user interface allows operators to quickly change slicing programs and parameterize recipes.
