TURATTI industrial slicer/dicer made of stainless steel, designed for continuous slicing of fruits and vegetables in professional fruit and vegetable processing lines.

The equipment incorporates a feeding system with an inclined conveyor belt, which continuously transports the product to the cutting unit. Its configuration allows for the automation of product preparation and ensures a uniform cut before subsequent washing, heat treatment, freezing, or packaging operations.

PROCESS

The product is introduced into the feeding area and picked up by the inclined belt, which transports it in a controlled manner to the cutting system.

In the cutting unit, the product is processed by the installed blade assembly, obtaining the required format before being discharged to the next stage of production.

The thickness, geometry, and type of cut will depend on the head, blades, and configuration currently installed in the machine.
