Machine was factory overhauled by Weinig in 2024.

Description:

For two-sided horizontal woodworking with two working spindles.
Spindle arrangement: horizontal, bottom and top.

The two horizontal spindles are equipped with hydraulically tensioned counterbearings
without axial adjustment. Built-in straight jointers on both spindles
with automatic stone feed, remotely controlled with the hood closed.

Machine with continuous, chainless feed, equipped with rubber rollers.

Electric up/down adjustment of the spindles according to a mechanical digital display
(SIKO).
On/off switch for limiting the up/down adjustment. Feed roller pressure
pneumatic. Stops and table tops are not adjustable. Machine with
steel table tops.

Electrical design according to DIN VDE 0113, electrical equipment of
industrial machines
EN 60204, IEC - 204 - 1.

Other electrical regulations are not taken into account.

Machine includes operating tools, but does not include machining tools.

The Weinig Uniplan spindles operate at a speed of 7200
revolutions per minute. Before using existing tools, please check that they are suitable for the speed. Please also consider this when
ordering new tools.
