For sale is a complete industrial system consisting of an ABB IRB 4400 industrial robot with ABB IRC5 controller and a Siemens control cabinet (PLC control).

The complete system includes:
- 3 grinding machines (with the option to grind on the contact wheel and on the free belt)
- 1 polishing unit
- 1 handling station

The IRB 4400 is a robust and proven industrial robot for material handling and machining processes.

IRB 4400 features:
- 6 axes → high degree of freedom
- High payload (up to approx. 60 kg)
- Large reach (~2.5 m)
- Good repeatability
- Suitable for harsh industrial environments

The robot's battery and the FlexPendant joystick need to be replaced due to an error message.
