This machine is designed for apple processing. It can be used to slice apples into RING SLICES with CORING. The machine does not peel the apples. We supply the apple slicing machine together with the corresponding feeding tank.

It is therefore ideally suited for fruit preparation in the drying industry, confectionery and bakery sectors, fresh fruit salads, snack production, or preserved fruit processing. Apples are automatically fed, singulated in the loading section, and then placed onto a stainless steel conveyor featuring an automatic orientation system for correct fruit alignment in the tray pockets. In the slicing unit, a sharp, precise cut preserves the organoleptic properties of the fruit, ensuring optimal hygiene and product quality. Here, apples are sliced into RINGS and CORED by interchangeable cutting units, allowing for adjustable slice thickness and coring diameter. Sliced fruit is discharged onto a belt conveyor. Cores fall beneath the work area, where—if required—a conveying belt (not included) can be fitted for removal into a collection container. All safety guards are mounted on quick-release, interlocked hinges for easy removal, ensuring fast, safe maintenance and thorough cleaning.
