Operating direction: right to left
Illuminated discharge area for quality control.
3 washing zones, each with its own water tank:
- First tank for brush pair No. 1 is electrically heated and filled with detergent/water mixture.
- Second tank for brush pair No. 2 contains cold water for rinsing.
- Third tank is for washing zone 3, equipped with spray nozzles for rinsing with pure water.

A drying zone follows, utilizing air nozzles powered by a fan.

The machine is designed for glass heights up to 1600mm but is open at the top, allowing the transport of taller glass panes.
Glass thickness: up to max. 20mm
Infeed section length: 1400mm; main machine length: 1820mm; outfeed section length: 2000mm.

Automatic stop of the feed rollers when the glass reaches the end of the outfeed section.

Operating manual, spare parts list, and wiring diagram are available.
The machine has been regularly maintained and is operational; it will be dismantled in calendar week 31/32 of 2025.
