Single-spindle copy milling machine with manual operation and pneumatic locking. Head milling movement via indirect lever. Enables continuous machining without rotating the workpiece and processing of steel up to 2 mm. Scratch-resistant worktable. Manual tracer stylus.

Deflection Lever for Head Movement:
Manual movement of the tool in the horizontal plane is implemented via a lever to reduce operator effort. The handle height is adjustable for practical and ergonomic usage.

Control Joystick:
The lever enables vertical travel of the milling unit. The hand lever integrates the motor start button. The milling spindle is equipped with a tool holder featuring an ISO 30 quick-release coupling; four storage slots for tool holders are located on the side of the machine.

Stops and Roller Conveyors:
Roller conveyors on both right and left sides facilitate the machining of very long profiles. A system of hand-adjustable stops, also fitted on both sides, ensures correct positioning of the workpiece in the machine and brings it into the working area.

Stylus with 4 Diameters:

The mechanical tracer has four selectable positions, each corresponding to a different tool diameter. It is set onto the pre-chosen template, guaranteeing precise and safe machining.

Clamping Devices:
The machine is equipped with manually adjustable horizontal pneumatic clamps that ensure secure and correct fixation of the profile on the machine.
