Washing machine / cleaning and disinfection unit

This device, made of stainless steel – with an exhaust air condenser (option with a higher design) – is specifically designed for cleaning laboratory glassware, infusion bottles, production parts, and similar items.

The WD 290 is available with two automatically operated, vertically moving full-glass sliding doors for visual inspection during the entire processing cycle.
Continuous process reliability is also ensured.
The machine itself monitors all relevant performance parameters via an independent process data monitoring system.

Loading is done manually through a vertical glass sliding door located on the front of the machine.

The items to be cleaned (laboratory utensils, laboratory bottles, etc.) are placed on the loading carrier (nozzle car). The nozzle system consists of two rotating external washing arms (top and bottom), through which the individual media, such as washing, rinsing, and cleaning solutions, are passed. The rinsing medium is located externally and fed in depending on the program selection.

The WD 290 is equipped with an electric heater for the washing chamber (22 kW) and the dryer (10.5 kW). The usable interior space of 69 x 63 x 80 cm has a capacity of approximately 350 liters (gross: 430 liters).

The system is operated via the panel on the front of the machine. English and German are available as operating languages. By default, 9 pre-programmed cleaning programs are stored.
