BVL continuous cleaning system for aqueous spray cleaning of workpieces. The conveyor belt guides the parts through the washing and drying areas. The system operates with a washing tank and blow-off and recirculating air drying.

The tank treatment includes coarse and fine filtration, a plate separator for oil removal, as well as automatic monitoring and replenishment of the cleaner via Libelle Cleaner Control.
