The freezer is ideal for meat, poultry, fish, and bakery plants, as well as for the production of ready meals and convenience foods, where high-quality freezing, preservation of product structure, color, and weight, and minimal juice loss during thawing are important.

The device is powered by 3×400 VAC + N + E (50 Hz), with a power of 10 kW, guaranteeing stable, industrial operation. The working chamber with internal dimensions of 2600 x 1100 x 1950 mm allows for the freezing of a wide range of products on trays, nets, in containers or on a conveyor belt, depending on the line configuration. The external dimensions of the freezer, 2850 x 2350 x 2300 mm, make it easy to install the device in an existing production hall. Control is carried out by a PLC system, which enables precise management of process parameters, and the LIN (liquid nitrogen) medium ensures very fast, gentle freezing while maintaining high product quality.
