The equipment combines three synchronized rotary modules: a 32-position rinsing unit, a 40-valve filling unit, and a 6-head AROL capping unit, according to the 32/40/6 configuration indicated on the machine itself. PROCESS

Empty containers automatically enter the CFT Master RS and are initially transferred to the 32-position rinsing unit, where the interior is cleaned before filling.

Subsequently, they pass directly to the 40-valve filling carousel, where the product is dispensed continuously and in a synchronized manner.

Once filled, the containers are transferred to the 6-head AROL capping unit, which is responsible for placing and sealing the cap. Finally, the containers automatically exit to the next stages of the line.
