Design and Technology

The sander is equipped with a durable grey cast iron base, providing high rigidity and resistance to deformation. The 310 × 190 mm work table ensures stable material support, while its adjustment range of 0°–45° enables accurate bevel sanding. The graphite belt support provides smooth and consistent belt movement, resulting in excellent surface finishing quality.

Precision and Work Efficiency

The CORMAK BDS 6x9 delivers high sanding precision thanks to the high operating speeds of the sanding disc (23 m/s) and sanding belt (5.5 m/s). This allows efficient material removal and surface preparation before further processing or painting.
