The CORMAK DC3000 is an advanced cyclone dust extraction system designed for intensive dust collection processes in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and metalworking industries. Thanks to its modern cyclone separator, powerful centrifugal sawdust fan, and dual filtration system, the unit efficiently removes both coarse and fine dust particles from the air. The DC3000 sawdust extractor is equipped with an automatic filter cleaning system, ensuring consistent performance and reduced maintenance requirements.

Construction and technology

The CORMAK DC3000 is equipped with a powerful 3 kW three-phase motor (400 V) operating at 2,800 rpm. The centrifugal fan generates high vacuum pressure, enabling efficient extraction even from multiple suction points.

An integrated pressure gauge allows real-time monitoring of filter condition and system performance. The cyclone separator reduces the load on the main filter by removing heavier particles before filtration, extending filter life and improving overall efficiency.

Precision and performance

The cyclone separation system effectively removes larger contaminants, significantly reducing filter clogging. With an extraction capacity of up to 7,000 m³/h, the DC3000 provides efficient operation in multi-point extraction systems and high-dust environments.

The combination of two collection containers and four transport wheels improves functionality, mobility, and ease of operation in industrial environments.
